Note: We only moor at jetties with at least 1.5 metres of depth at lowest low water. The jetty must not have sharp or pointed edges.
Options
- We can offer tours with extended time for guiding for an extra charge, for example a tour one hour longer where we take more time at all the sights.
- We can offer tours with a national park guide in addition to the skipper, for an extra charge.
- We can offer simple refreshments ashore on an island for an extra charge (baguettes, shrimp, drinks).
- We can offer a photographer on board who takes pictures along the way, for an extra charge.
- Together with Interactive Solutions we also offer an interactive game (on tablets) about Færder National Park during the tour, for an extra charge.
Payment terms
1. Payment
For payment after the due date, 1% interest per month plus a fee is charged.
2. Weather and wind
Fyr til Fyr AS is not master of the weather, and we may have to run a shorter or different tour because of weather and wind. Fyr til Fyr AS cannot be held responsible if the customer chooses to cancel the event because of the weather.
3. Payment before departure
The tour must be paid before departure, either by invoice or by card terminal on arrival. If the tour has not been paid, it is cancelled and the cancellation terms apply.
4. Cancellation
We fully understand that a cancellation can happen because of circumstances. But it can cause a loss for us unless it is done well in advance.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: 25% of the amount is invoiced.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: 50% of the amount is invoiced.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: the full amount is invoiced.
5. Cancellation by Fyr til Fyr AS
Cancellation can occur because of weather or technical faults we cannot foresee. 100% of the money is then refunded. Fyr til Fyr is not responsible for arranging alternative transport.
